Walk for the Well Being of Children
The annual walk/run is Vibha's national fundraiser event. This event raises awareness about Vibha's mission and raises the bulk of the funds for the projects that Vibha supports in India and USA. Over the last six years, the walk has been a nation-wide success, reaching over a million people. (for a list of walks at our other chapters: visit http://vibha.org/vibhawalk/index.html ) Vibha is a US-based, volunteer run, 501 (c)(3) registered non-profit, non-religious, non-political organization working to ensure health, education and opportunity for underprivileged children in India and the US.
