ANALGIN: This is a pain-killer. Reason for ban: Bone marrow depression.

I am told by my Druggist, knowingly the doctors in india are presribing the above drugs in india

Hi!

I suggest that concerned people who are interested in making some changes conduct a survey or research in their local communities. They can visit leading drug stores as prospective buyers and ask for banned drugs like Analgin or Novalgin(which is still popular in India, unfortunately).I am sure there should be at least a handful of retail druggists who sell them. Then, with the data in hand, you can express your concern through local newspapers. I am sure we can make a difference and save many future repercusions.

Please read point no.54 in the link below. The government order and judgement could be very helpful in putting forward your views.

Enteroquinol is a good drug if used for short term tratment for chronic amoebiasis.

we required more names of drug which are strickly banned in india but high concentred drugs name
